Who Is Eligible?
To get the New York stimulus payment, you must:

Have filed Form IT-201 (New York State Resident Income Tax Return).

Meet the income limits below.

Not be claimed as a dependent on another person’s tax return.
How Much Will You Receive?
The payment amount depends on your income and filing status:

Single filers

Earn $75,000 or less → $200 check

Earn $150,000 or less → $150 check

Joint filers

Earn $150,000 or less → $400 check

Earn $300,000 or less → $300 check
